Idaho- Day 2

We woke up in Ellensburg and packed up. Then we headed to breakfast at our favorite place in town, Cattins. Lexie ate a ton of food and charmed all of the staff. They even sent her out with some free cookies, got to love the perks of having a cute kid.

Her full belly must of helped me out at nap time, because she slept the whole way from Ellensburg to Coeur d'Alene...well over 3 hours! It was such a nice, peaceful drive for us to be able to chat with one another.

We arrived at our hotel in Coeur d'Alene around 3pm, you got to check this place out if you are in town. Perfect place for kiddos or adults that play like kids. We got all of our stuff unpacked and headed back West on I-90 to Spokane to see our dear friends, The Oords.

The Oords just bought an amazing house near Gonzaga U in Spokane. They cooked up some BBQ for us and it was so nice to visit. Their son, Keith, was our ringbearer in 2004 : ) He is pretty much a little man now. Lexie enjoyed climbing up and down all 3 stories of their house.

We headed back to our hotel pretty late...just in time for bath and bed, knowing the next day would be jam packed.
